Cody and Ally hold a weekly Yin & Massage class at Inspiring Inner Growth Yoga. This Yoga studio is a collective studio located in Downtown Petoskey, just a stone’s throw up the road from their Massage studio!

Yin Yoga & Massage is 60 minutes of long-held, floor-based postures to stretch, soothe, and deeply relax your nervous system. In conjunction with this Yoga class are hands-on adjustments and supportive massage techniques to help you ground and relax even more.
