We hold space and nurture our clients all day long but who nurtures and holds space for the space holder? We do! We offer live yoga classes on zoom as well as recorded practices. Our live classes offer 15 minutes of live mentorship, community convos & talking shop! You can watch these back on the recordings or you can check out a short 10-30 minute practice to keep you moving. We focus functional yoga and movement to help you feel the best you can in your body so you can continue to practice massage for years to come. Oh, and we’ve got yoga challenges to keep you motivated and consistent because, let’s be honest, we all need some extra motivation sometimes.
