  • The easiest way to book an appointment with us is to schedule your appointment online! We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to guarantee your time on our table. To ensure your appointment is booked, please check that you receive a confirmation email.

  • If you are having trouble booking online, or if you do not see a time that works for you, you can always give us a call or text at 414-949-7707, email us at LittleTraverseMassage@gmail.com or reach out via social media. We try our best to accommodate all appointment requests and are happy to book your time on our table directly.

  • We do offer couples massage appointments! Booking a couples appointment requires direct booking with us. Reach out via call, text, email, or social media to see what we have available and we will find a time that works best.

  • Once your appointment is booked, you will be emailed a health intake form. All of our intake forms are digital and must be filled out online prior to your appointment time. The form covers any recent injuries, surgeries, health conditions, areas of experienced pain/tension, medications you are currently taking, and includes a waiver to sign at the end. This information is confidential and will only be seen by your massage therapist to ensure there are no contraindications for your massage treatment.

  • Every massage session with us is customized to meet your unique goals, needs, and preferences. We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing to your appointment, hydrating before and after your massage, and always communicating with your massage therapist to ensure the best experience. It's normal to feel relaxed, spacey, or slightly lightheaded after a massage—what we often call "massage brain!" Staying hydrated, resting, and engaging in nourishing activities for the rest of your day is encouraged for optimal massage benefits.

  • We require 24 hours' notice to avoid our late-cancellation fee, which is the full price of your scheduled service. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings, and children’s illnesses are valid reasons to cancel a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and income. Less than 24 hours' notice can make it difficult to fill last-minute slots on our schedule. You can notify us about your reschedule by calling, texting, or rescheduling your appointment online through your massage book account. Failure to give 24 hours' notice will result in a charge to your card on file or using the credit you have for the appointment (member credit or gift certificate). If you do not have a card on file, we will send you an invoice that you must pay before scheduling another appointment.

  • We ask all clients to arrive about 5-10 minutes prior to their massage appointment and to take a seat in our waiting area until we bring you back. All scheduled massage sessions have a specific time schedule, so late arrivals may not receive an extension of their appointment.

  • We are located on the corner of Petoskey and Michigan St at 424 Petoskey St! It is a large, historic house with a sign that reads "Pathways Through Healing" hanging from the porch. There are steps leading up to the porch (no ramp) with a red door. There is paid parking directly in front of our building as well as a large, paid parking lot directly across the street. For free parking, you can go up Petoskey Street to find free spaces, or you can turn onto Michigan Street for additional free parking spaces.

  • We accept cash, Venmo, credit/debit cards, as well as checks.

  • We offer gift certificates that are available for purchase online and can be printed at home. We also have gift certificates available for purchase in-studio.

  • We factor gratuity into our service price and are dedicated to adjusting our rates as needed. For this reason, tipping is entirely optional. If you wish to express appreciation in this way, we will graciously accept. However, we want to emphasize that there is never any obligation or expectation to tip during your experience with us. We never ask or expect tips.
